At Rugsac, we want you to love your new home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your rug or home accessory doesn't perfectly fit your space, we've made the exchange and refund process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
