Rugsac offers free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Most items are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered via FedEx or UPS within 5-7 business days.

How do I clean and maintain my rug?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your rug in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
